We are a dynamic private relationship networking community dedicated to empowering Black entrepreneurs and business professionals. At Noir Preneurship, we believe in the transformative power of connection, healing, and economic collaboration within the Black community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to heal, connect, and empower Black entrepreneurs and business professionals. By building a strong economic base and ensuring the Black dollar turns over multiple times within our community, we aim to foster generational wealth and sustainable success.

What We Do

Networking and Connection

  • Monthly Meetings: Our monthly gatherings bring together Black entrepreneurs and business professionals to network, share resources, and build relationships.

  • Quarterly Speed Networking Events: These events provide opportunities to introduce your business, discover new resources, and form meaningful connections.

Empowerment and Growth

  • Educational Workshops: We offer workshops led by Black entrepreneurs and professionals on themes such as entrepreneurship, financial wellness, IT, and generational wealth.

  • Expert Presentations: We bring in subject matter experts to present resources that are often not accessible to the community.

Healing and Support

  • Healing Circles: We create safe spaces where members can share their experiences, identify intergenerational trauma, and find communal support.

  • Workshops and Resources: Our workshops focus on personal healing, burnout prevention, and repairing harm caused by systemic racism, anti-Blackness, and colonialism.

Our Impact

Noir Preneurship is more than a networking community; it’s a movement rooted in lived experiences, love, respect, and acknowledgment for the Black community. We support our members in building thriving businesses, achieving job security, and disrupting violence within the community.

Our Leadership

Founded by Bonita Lee and Mikkos Gurley, Noir Preneurship operates with a dedicated advisory board and business coaches, all of whom are members of the Black community and entrepreneurs. Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience and insight to address challenges and provide valuable resources.
