Welcome To Noir Preneurship!
Noir Preneurship is more than a networking and training community—we are a thriving ecosystem dedicated to supporting the whole Black entrepreneur and business professional: physically, emotionally, spiritually, and economically.
We understand that entrepreneurship is not just about building a business; it is about navigating life, wellness, family, purpose, and the unique challenges that often come with operating in systems that were not designed with us in mind. That is why we intentionally create spaces where Black entrepreneurs and professionals can connect authentically, access valuable resources, develop meaningful relationships, and grow without the burden of code-switching or proving their worth.
Through networking, professional development, wellness conversations, resource sharing, mentorship, and economic empowerment, Noir Preneurship helps members strengthen both their businesses and themselves. We believe sustainable success happens when entrepreneurs are supported as whole people—not just business owners.
Our mission is to cultivate a community where Black entrepreneurs and professionals are seen, valued, connected, and equipped to thrive. By fostering collaboration, healing, education, and collective economic power, we are building pathways to generational wealth, stronger communities, and lasting impact for future generations.

“Noir to me is the "show up. " No more just talking about improving our black community, we are showing up and making things happen. Noir had a vision for keeping the black dollar in the black community, supporting one another, and they/we are doing just that.”
